Her experience has primarily been in the technology industry and she is highly skilled at a variety of different selling strategies and techniques. She knows first-hand the value of using technology and tools to boost revenue and profits. She has personally relied on contact management tools to build strong relationships with her clients and manage her pipeline and forecasting.
Stacy was the co-author of several books including "ACT! 2008 Reference Guide", "Maximizing Your Sales with Salesforce.com" and "Managing Your Contacts with Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager" and has authored several articles for various Contact Management industry newsletters. She has presented and spoken at many contact management conferences.

 Carol Gilliland has held sales and sales management positions for over 20 years. She began her career in advertising sales then transitioned to consumer products, working for Procter & Gamble, a company that has always been highly regarded in hiring and training the best of the best. As technology became more accessible, she shifted gears into that industry and was a part of making high-tech products more consumer friendly.
Carol started her own business helping high tech companies take their products to the retail channel. She would assist in channel development, messaging, package development and price modeling. In order to ensure successful implementations, she developed and honed a practical business process.

She joined Power of 3 Consulting as a Managing Partner. In that role, she works with clients on their sales business process and leverages various sales tools, including ACT!, in order to achieve their goals. Carol lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area. |
